For the highest level and ongoing pre- and / or postnatal maternity care, I recommend choosing or creating your own maternity care package. Package clients receive true continuity of care & support, priority bookings and continuous support by phone, text and email between visits throughout their maternity journey with me.

Antenatal Classes

Gentle Birth, Hypno birth Classes

My 1-to-1 Gentle Birth classes cater for all birth preferences, whether you are considering a natural water birth or preparing for an elective caesarean section. I will teach you techniques for relaxation, boost your confidence and help you build strategies to enhance the birthing experience.

1-to-1 antenatal classes in the comfort of your own home at a time suitable to you. I provide general antenatal education from a single session to an all inclusive course. Also available are: breastfeeding classes, refresher classes, C-section classes, VBAC classes and twin classes...

I'm here to mind your baby while you sleep, ensuring that they are comfortable and safe throughout the night, allowing you to rest and recharge.

As an IBCLC - International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, I help with latch difficulties, low supply, pain, and all kinds of breastfeeding challenges - Or maybe all you need is some guidance and reassurance to make sure your baby is feeding well and you are comfortable.

Maybe you would like some help with newborn baby care like bathing or nappy changing your baby? Or you have concerns regarding your postnatal recovery or your baby's bottle feeding, settling, or sleeping... These consultations consist of a personal "ask the midwife" session where we can address any questions or concerns you may have regarding you and/or your baby's wellbeing.

"Hello Midwife"

My 1-to-1 baby massage sessions range from a single session to full course. Ideal to help you bound with your little one in a playful way. Baby massage also helps soothing issues like infant colic, constipation or restlessness

If you don't live in my area or you are simply looking for on-going virtual support provided by an experienced midwife, you can sign up for my "Hello Midwife" virtual support package. My "Hello Midwife" service works by weekly membership where you receive a weekly 20 min. 1-to-1 video call, access to my secure text messaging service, library resources and weekly "Meet The Midwife" group call.
